  Have just spent over 3 hours going to 3 stores to buy 2 TVs. Each one says "yes they have those TVs in stock." Only to find out they don't. Ended up with 1 TV at the third shop but took us over half an hour to find the loading dock. Idiots in the store don't even know the loading dock number! I'd like to say in this day and age the information should be live and correct. I suppose information is only as good as the human entering the data. Which seems to be a major fail. Maybe the staff should spend ages talking to their workmates AFTER they've done their work.
